Rebel shareholders seize control of Dof

The entire board of offshore carrier Dof has been ousted at a general meeting. Shareholders want a new rescue plan for the crisis-stricken company.

Shareholders have spoken, and crisis-stricken offshore carrier Dof, which has struggled to land a rescue plan since 2019, is getting a new board, the company’s general meeting decided Wednesday.
