Aker secures major North Sea contract

Aker Solutions has secured a contract worth up to USD 440 million. The company will supply a subsea production system for developing an oil field in the British part of the North Sea.

On Monday, Norwegian Aker Solutions announced its biggest contract yet in the British part of the North Sea. For developing an oil field, the company will supply a subsea production system for a price of as much as USD 440 million, according to a brief to the Stock Exchange.
