
The Norwegian branch of Swedish oil company Lundin Petroleum reports today that the company has performed a test drilling in the promising Johan Sverdrup field in Norway - a field where Maersk Oil is also a partner.
The drilling was performed in well 16/3-8 S, located in the eastern part of the Sverdrup field, in the so-called Avaldsnes High area.
