Shipowners' association set to include offshore

Recent yeas have seen a significant growth in ships working with offshore, and EU-flagged offshore vessels now account for 37 percent of the world's offshore fleet measured by tonnage. This development now makes the European Community Shipowners' Associations, ECSA, include offshore vessels - such as cable service ships and supply ships servicing, for instance, the offshore wind industry - in its portfolio.
