Bourbon hit hard by the offshore market

The French offshore company's net profit declined 67 percent in the first half of the year. The Ebola outbreak in West Africa also hit the company.

French Bourbon's profit took a big in the first half of 2014. The net profit for the major offshore player declined 67 percent, compared to the same period last year. The bottom line came to EUR 10.6 million, from EUR 30.9 million in the first six months 2013.
