OW bankruptcy could see new wave of lawsuits

A wide range of lawsuits could be underway if the trustees in the OW Bunker bankruptcy estate act on hints that it might cancel thousand payments made in the last few months of the firm's existence, reports Danish business daily Børsen on Friday.

Bankruptcy legislation enables the trustees to go back three months in terms of payments when settling an estate, and the trustees look to be doing just that.
