OW bankruptcy could see new wave of lawsuits

Trustees in the OW Bunker bankruptcy case will cancel several thousand payments from the last few months of OW Bunker's life. This could lead to a significant number of new lawsuits, reports Danish daily Børsen.

A wide range of lawsuits could be underway if the trustees in the OW Bunker bankruptcy estate act on hints that it might cancel thousand payments made in the last few months of the firm's existence, reports Danish business daily Børsen on Friday.
