Media: Dong is working to divest A2Sea

Shipping activities could be leaving Dong's business portfolio if the energy company is successful in divesting the offshore wind carrier A2Sea. This process has now been initiated, writes Danish newspaper Børsen.

Dong is making another attempt at divesting A2Sea. The carrier, which the energy company owns in a partnership with Siemens, has been put up for sale, according to several sources with which Danish media Børsen has spoken. FIH Partners has been hired to handle the sales process.

Dong, Siemens and Kim Bøttkjær, Managing Partner at FIH, all declined to comment on the case to Børsen.
