Prosafe restructuring has been finalized

After several months of negotiating and promising major cost reductions, Norwegian accommodation rig owner Prosafe now informs that a refinancing deal has been settled and finalized with all relevant stakeholders.

All lenders behind Norwegian accommodation rig company Prosafe's two bank loans of USD 1.3 billion and USD 288 million, respectively, have now agreed to the refinancing deal which Prosafe has been working to settle, informs the company in a press release.
