Rem Offshore's Group CEO Arild Myrvoll has decided to step down and will leave the carrier on October 10th, when the company hosts a special general assembly, Rem Offshore writes in a corporate statement.

"This is simply a matter of me having been CEO of an independently listed company, and I've been so for a fairly brief period of time. In relation to the merger, the job has changed significantly. The entire reason I originally accepted this job has now been turned upside down. As such, I'm looking for a change," Arild Myrvoll tells Norwegian media E24.
