Norway's Borr Drilling in giant order for 15 rigs

Norwegian rig company Borr Drilling, established by two former senior executives in John Fredriksen's business empire, Tor Olav Trøim and Fredrik Halvorsen, plan to buy 15 advanced drilling rigs. The transaction involves so-called jack-ups, and the seller is US-Swiss rig behemoth Transocean, informs Borr Drilling, which is listed on the small OTS Exchange in Oslo, in a filing on Monday.
