Statoil disappointed by Barents Sea drilling

Statoil has finished this year's exploration in the Barents Sea with further disappointment. Only one of the total five exploration wells contained an oil discovery worth mentioning.

Statoil has run into more disappointment in the Barents Sea where very little oil has been found so far.

The Norwegian oil company has just concluded its exploration in Arctic waters for 2017 with another well drilling that proved dry.
