OOIL sells Long Beach terminal

A consortium headed by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners has acquired OOIL's container terminal in Long Beach for around USD 1.8 billion. The sale was a condition for the approval of Cosco's purchase of OOIL.

Cosco-owned OOIL sells its container terminal in Long Beach for USD 1.78 billion.

The buyer is a consortium headed by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners (MIP), says OOIL in a press release.
