Port operator DP World books progress for Q2

UAE-based port company DP World saw an increase in handled volumes during the second quarter. But uncertainty looms due to the crisis in Ukraine and rising inflation, the company says.

DP World handled 3.5% more containers in the second quarter of 2022, according to a financial statement from the port and terminal company based in the United Arab Emirates.

Total Q2 volumes at the company came to 20.2 million containers (teu).
