Wilhelmsen Port Services acquires Vopak Agencies
Wilhelmsen Port Service expands its position with an acquisition of Dutch Vopak Agencies, which specializes in agency services in the tanker segment. Wilhelmsen also forms a joint venture with Vopak for a software firm.
Wilhelmsen Port Service has agreed to purchase 100 percent of Vopak Agencies, experienced in hub services and port agency within the tanker segments, as well as 50 percent of software firm Diize which is developed by Vopak Agencies.
