Container freight to Hamburg down this year

The Port of Hamburg will not be as busy as expected in terms of container throughput in 2015. Container earnings will decline this year.

Hamburger Hafen und Logistik Aktiengesellschaft (HHLA), which operates the Port of Hamburg, notes sliding container volumes in the port, and the company is thus lowering its combined earnings projections for the container segment in 2015.
