Mega-vessels challenge Brazil's Port of Santos

Only few years after the inauguration of the major container terminal BTP in Brazil's main port Santos, mega-vessels seem to be the most acute challenge for the terminal run in a joint-venture owned by Maersk and MSC.


Maersk Group and Aponte-owned MSC not only cooperate on liners in the 2M alliance, but the companies also share a close bond in the terminal sector.
