CEO: Rotterdam's robots will take market shares in 2016

Perhaps global trade to Europe will not significantly improve this year, but growth at Rotterdam's container port will come from gained market shares, CEO Allard Castelein tells ShippingWatch.

After a dive in the number of containers going through Rotterdam's container port in 2015 compared to the previous year, CEO Allard Castelein believes that a modest growth in container traffic will come this year from the automated terminals in Maasvlakte II.
