DP World delivers solid growth in first half of 2016

Dubai-based terminal operator DP World delivered improved revenue and earnings in the first half of the year. The group's net result came to USD 364 million.

Port and terminal operator DP World, which is based in Dubai, can be pleased to note solid growth in revenue as well as earnings in the first half of the year.

Revenue for the first six months of 2016 increased to USD 2.1 billion from USD 1.9 billion in the same period last year, while the net result followed suit and finished at USD 557 million against USD 364 million.
