The Port of Rotterdam kicks off a large inland expansion with the ambition to create a European hub for offshore wind turbines and the dismantling of oil and gas rigs.

Port of Rotterdam has launched its large-scale expansion plans aimed at creating a new offshore hub for maintenance of offshore wind farms in the North Sea as well as dismantling of rigs for the oil and gas sector.
