It is unclear who will take over and develop the Lekki port in Nigeria after ICTSI withdrew from the project three weeks ago, writes Alphaliner in an analysis of the port's development, which has been the subject of varying statements from the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA)

According to the NPA, the authority is currently in "discussions" with a new terminal operator for the development of infrastructure near Lagos. It seems likely that DP World will take over after ICTSI.
