Ports slowly getting back on track after Harvey's rampage

Ships are once again sailing in the busy shipping lane off Houston after hurricane Harvey shut down ports, refineries, and other businesses on the US east coast. The bill could total billions, according to one estimate.

The busy shipping lane off Houston is slowly getting up and running after the violent hurricane Harvey and massive rainfall shut down ports and refineries, and halted shipments of cargo and goods to and from the area by the Gulf of Mexico.
