Panalpina's majority shareholder, Ernst Göhner Foundation, is willing to listen to a better offer, reports Bloomberg News, citing anonymous sources close to the process.

According to the news agency's sources, the Ernst Göhner group would prefer not to sell Panalpina. But this does not deter the shareholder from being willing to listen and refrain from immediately rejecting a higher offer if need be, sources say.
