She entered an executive team surrounded by men with many years of experience at the same company, so Anne Brown Frandsen had a concern before accepting her new job as CFO at Maersk Broker: ”I had to make sure there would be room for my thoughts and ideas, too,” she says in an interview with ShippingWatch.
