Anne Brown Frandsen is one of few female shipping executives: "It was important for me to ensure my voice was heard"
She entered an executive team surrounded by men with many years of experience at the same company, so Anne Brown Frandsen had a concern before accepting her new job as CFO at Maersk Broker: ”I had to make sure there would be room for my thoughts and ideas, too,” she says in an interview with ShippingWatch.
With a broad range of former employers including railroad company Banedanmark, facility management firm ISS, family-owned company Foss and, most recently, architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), Anne Brown Frandsen has already acquainted herself with a great variety of industries and various company cultures in her career.
