Clarksons completes Platou acquisition

The world's biggest shipbroker, British Clarksons, has now completed its acquisition of Norwegian Platou, whose CEO joins the Clarksons board of directors.

British Clarkson has now sealed the acquisition of Norwegian Platou after the latter in November agreed to become part of the world's biggest shipbroker. Clarksons CEO Andi Case is pleased to have completed the acquisition, commenting in a statement:
