OW Bunker fraud-suspected exec heads to Supreme Court

The fraud-suspected former executive of collapsed OW Bunker will have his extradition for criminal prosecution in Italy heard at the Supreme Court of Denmark.

There will be no extradition for criminal prosecution to Italy for the fraud-accused former executive of the collapsed company OW Bunker. At least for now, according to Danish media Børsen.

On Tuesday, the former executive received permission from the Danish Court of Appeal to have his case tried at the Supreme Court of Denmark, which only allows cases of a principle nature to reach the country's supreme justices.
