OW Bunker fraud-suspected exec heads to Supreme Court

The fraud-suspected former executive of collapsed OW Bunker will have his extradition for criminal prosecution in Italy heard at the Supreme Court of Denmark.

There will be no extradition for criminal prosecution to Italy for the fraud-accused former executive of the collapsed company OW Bunker. At least for now, according to Danish media Børsen.
