Trafigura increases trade of Russian oil

Trafigura has become the biggest trader of Russian oil, but the trading house's CEO stresses that this of course happens in compliance with the western sanctions against the country.

Swiss trading house Trafigura has, according to Reuters, increased its trade with sanction-hit country Russia, and the company has now become the world's biggest trader of Russian oil.

Trafigura has in April expanded its agreement with Russian state-owned oil company Rosneft to export oil to a total value of USD 500 million.
