Semco secures deal with Bergen Group after all
Two weeks ago the planned transaction went down the drain. Now the parties have reached an agreement and Semco Maritime is back on track to acquire the rig activities on Hanøytangen off the coast of Bergen from Norway's Bergen Group.

First there was a deal. Then it was called off. But now the deal is back on the table. Semco Maritime is again on track to acquire the major shipyard and offshore company Bergen Group's rig activities on Hanøytangen off the coast of Bergen, according to a statement from the two companies.
