DNV GL expects "modest recovery" of newbuild market

Classification bureau DNV GL projects a "modest recovery" of the newbuild market up until 2019 – perhaps even 2020, says the CEO of the company's maritime business, Knut Ørbeck-Nilssen, to ShippingWatch.
