Former Baltnav partner to head Norden's handysize business in Asia

A former Baltnav partner has been tapped to head Norden's handysize activities in Singapore. He will start in the new job on Oct. 1, and has worked in Asia for the past 15 years.

A former partner at dry bulk operator Baltnav joins Norden, where he will head the company's handysize business in Asia.

Rasmus Takechi-Hansen has since 2017 been director at Baltnav's office in Singapore. Starting Oct. 1, he will take the reins of Norden's handysize activities, which currently cover 90 ships operated out of the shipping company's Singapore office, Norden confirms to ShippingWatch.
