Oldendorff and Synergy enter management agreement

German dry bulk shipping company Oldendorff has struck a deal with ship management company Synergy Group to take on operation of 17 vessels shortly after Synergy set up an office in Hamburg.

German Oldendorff and ship management company Synergy Group have entered an agreement for managing operations for 17 of the German shipping company's dry bulkers, the parties write in an announcement.

With the agreement, Synergy will start off by taking over the complete technical operation of the 17 Oldendorff-owned dry bulkers, specifically nine post-panamax vessels and eight babycape vessels.
