Golden Ocean expects stronger demand following Ukraine war

Dry bulk operator Golden Ocean sees increasing demand despite new market challenges and the war in Ukraine. The carrier progressed markedly in Q1.

The dry bulk market upswing has continued into 2022, where dry bulk operator Golden Ocean grew significantly in the year’s first three months.

The carrier landed a profit of USD 125.3m against a bottom line of USD 23.5m in last year’s first quarter. This is evident from the company’s Q1 report.
