Wavering grain deal floods Romanian port in the Black Sea

The Romanian port of Constanta has handled 20 percent more grain this year than last year, and the pressure seems to be growing due to uncertainty about grain exports from Ukraine.

An agreement to secure the export of large quantities of grain from Ukraine is on shaky ground ahead of the July 17 extension deadline, sending increasing amounts of cargo to the Romanian port of Constanta.
