Thoresen Shipping boosts result to USD 3.8 million

The year's 2nd quarter paid off for Thai dry bulk carrier Thoresen Shipping, as the company achieved its strongest second quarter in four years.

Thai dry bulk carrier Thoresen Shipping, which is owned by Thoresen Thai Agencies (TTA), improved its net result by 218 percent, to USD 3.8 million (123 million Thai Baht), compared to the same period last year, where the carrier lost USD 1.85 million, says TTA in a press release.
