Thoresen Thai Agencies announced today, Thursday, that the company's CEO and CFO will step down. The announcement comes on the same day that the shipping company announced a huge fleet impairment of USD 150 million.
CEO Chandchutha Chandratat has opted to step down, while Thitima Rungkwansiriroj will also retire from his position as executive vice president and CFO, according to Seatrade Global.
