Pan Ocean signs newbuilding contracts

Pan Ocean, successor to the bankrupt carrier STX, has ordered two new Capesize vessels.

Korean Pan Ocean - the former STX Pan Ocean, which is under bankruptcy protection and which has been costly acquaintance for carriers such as J. Lauritzen, Western Bulk, and others - has ordered two new Capesize bulk vessels for a total price of USD 112.8 million.
