Scorpio Bulkers divests another five newbuildings

The NYSE-listed dry bulk carrier Scorpio Bulkers is divesting once more from the carrier's comprehensive newbuilding fleet. This time, five newbuildings will be sold for USD 236 million.

The shipping magnate Robert Bugbee's dry bulk carrier is continuing the divestment of newbuildings from a fleet of ordered newbuildings of in all 69 vessels.

This divestment concerns five newbuildings for the amount of USD 236 million, the carrier writes in a press release. The five ships are distributed over three Capesizes and two LR2 product tankers.
