Clipper Group sells major stake in Mols-Linien

Clipper Group has entered into an agreement with equity fund Polaris to sell its owner's stake of 29.95 percent in Danish ferry carrier Mols-Linien. "It's really simple, we got a very good price for the shares," says Flemming Steen, CFO of Clipper, to ShippingWatch.

Clipper Group is no longer co-owner of the carrier Mols-Linien. In a corporate statement, Clipper informs that the company has sold its holding of 29.95 percent to equity fund Polaris.
