Equity fund buys up Norden shares

Private equity fund Schroders Investment Management now owns more than five percent of the share capital in Norden, informs the carrier in a corporate statement.

International private equity fund Schroders has bought up stocks in Norden now owns more than five percent of the shares in the Danish dry bulk and tanker carrier.

Norden informs in a corporate statement to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange that Schroders Investment Management Limited's stake in Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S now stands at 2,507,959 shares, corresponding to more than five percent of the share capital and subsequent voting rights in the company.
