"We have come through the first 12 months with a satisfying profit, whereas many of out competitors are sailing on red numbers. The costs of establishment have been paid," says Lars Rolner, owner and CEO of the Hamburg-based carrier, United Heavy Lift, to Danish media Børsen.

The answers for United Heavy Lift's exit from the oil crisis are located, according to Lars Rolner, in the engineering department. Of the 54 employees, 18 are engineers with experience from the yard, crane and offshore industries.
