Navios Maritime had profitable Q2

Higher rates helped the Greek carrier to a profitable second quarter. The carrier has spent the year on renewing and expanding its fleet, says CEO Angeliki Frangou in the interim report.

Navios Maritime Partners finished the second quarter this year with a positive bottom line, according to the second quarter interim report from the Greek carrier.

For the months April, May, and June, consolidated net income came to USD 4.1 million, while the adjusted operating profit (ebitda) finished at USD 32.2 million.
