Rickmers Maritime Trust completes first sale of vessels

Rickmers Maritime Trust has now completed the sale of the five first vessels to Greece's Navios, which has agreed to buy a total of 14 vessels.

Rickmers Maritime Trust has settled the sale of the five first vessels to Navios in a deal in which the Greek carrier has agreed to acquire a total of 14 vessels from Rickmers.

In a statement, the company informs that the sale of first five vessels has a total value of USD 59 million. Rickmers adds that the sale of the remaining nine vessels has yet to be completed.
