Maersk Line will close acquisition of Hamburg Süd this week

Maersk Line's takeover of Hamburg Süd is now settled as South Korea has approved the acquisition with certain conditions. Maersk expects to officially close the deal Thursday, the carrier tells ShippingWatch.
