Media: Maersk Line and Commerzbank enter fleet deal

Maersk Line has entered a fleet deal with Commerzbank involving six container ships, report brokers according to media Fairplay. Neither Commerzbank now Maersk Line wish to confirm the story.

Maersk Line and Germany's Commerzbank have allegedly formed a large fleet deal for a total USD 280 million, which will add six vessels to the owned fleet, reports Fairplay citing brokers. Neither Commerzbank nor Maersk Line wish to comment on the matter to the news media. The shipping company also declines to comment to ShippingWatch.
