Maersk had doubts about its Chile container factory even prior to its launch

Perhaps Maersk's Chilean container factory was doomed to fail even before the construction was completed three years ago. At any rate, the former MD of MCI says there were doubts about profitability even prior to its launch. Chile's Ministry of Labor reviewed the factory a year ago.
