CMA CGM reports big slide in earnings

Higher bunker prices also put a damper on earnings for CMA CGM, the world's third-largest shipping line. But CEO Rodolphe Saadé remains confident that 2018 will end on a strong note.

The world's third-largest container carrier, CMA CGM, saw profits decline in the second quarter of 2018 due to the impact of higher bunker fuel prices on earnings across the entire market.
