MSC to track containers in real time

MSC will in the time to come equip thousands of containers with tracking systems. These will provide information about factors such as the containers' actual positions on the voyage.

Container liner company MSC will digitalize thousands of containers using tracking systems that will provide customers with real-time information on the location of their cargoes while in transit from point A to point B, says MSC in a press release, which informs that 50,000 standard containers will be equipped with such sensors.
