DP World appoints new transitional board for Unifeeder

The new owner is setting its own transitional board of directors for acquisition Unifeeder. DP World's chief executive takes over as chairman, replacing former Maersk CEO, while Unifeeder's CEO also joins the new board of directors.

Port major DP World's large acquisition of Unifeeder was approved last week, and the new owner is now setting a new board of directors for the Danish short sea and feeder shipping company, shows a notice to the Danish corporate registry.
