Maersk cancels all crew changes for a month

A.P. Moeller-Maersk has, due to the consequences of the coronavirus, suspended all crew changes until April 14, the company tells union Co-Søfart.

As a direct consequence of the efforts to contain the spread of coronavirus, Maersk has called off all crew changes on its ships for the next month.

The company has informed union Co-Søfart of this, writes the union on its website. According to Co-Søfart, the initiative covers all the container ships Maersk operates around the world. The crew change cancellations apply until April 14.
