Maersk wants former bank exec with fintech background on its board

Maersk has nominated a former executive of bank JPMorgan Chase as a new board member. The 50-year-old Brit is partner at a fintech-focused private equity firm.

A former executive of a US investment bank is headed for Maersk's board of directors.

The shipping group has nominated Blythe Masters, 50, partner at New York-based venture capital and private equity firm Motive Partners, as a new member of the board.
