CMA CGM to expand US headquarters

Container line CMA CGM plans an expansion of its US headquarters, which will create 400 new jobs in the State of Virginia, where the office is located. The expansion entails an investment in the range of USD 36 million.

French container shipping line CMA CGM plans to create 400 new jobs in the State of Virginia, where the company's US headquarter is located.

The office is located in the town of Norfolk and was established in 2005. According to a press release from CMA CGM, the plan is to expand the company's presence in the US, where the container line currently employs roughly 12,000 employees across the country.
